Expand your Summer Reading program with the Talking Book and Braille Library

Expand your Summer Reading program with the Talking Book and Braille Library Online

Learn how TBBL, the Talking Book & Braille Library, can provide you with resources for children and adults with temporary or permanent disabilities. These can be low vision, blindness, a physical disability or a perceptual or reading disability that prevents the use of regular print materials. Learn how to use free materials and program offerings to include more readers in your programs.

  • Discover how your school or library can access TBBL materials as you plan for upcoming Summer Reading programs, activities, and events.
  • Make reading more accessible by providing access to print braille, braille and downloadable audio books.
  • Connect readers to resources that aid them in their reading journey.
  • Encourage readers who qualify for TBBL services to participate in your summer reading program.
  • Promote family and multigenerational reading.
