Understanding SEQR (and SEAF): A Primer for Library Construction Projects Online
This webinar is an overview of the State Environmental Quality Review Act that includes discussion of the environmental assessment form (EAF) for project sponsors (such as libraries on their own construction projects), Type I, Type II, and Unlisted actions, how to establish lead agency, and the sequence of making a positive or negative declaration on a project’s potential to have an adverse impact on the environment. The relationship between the administration of local regulations and SEQR will also be discussed.
