Life in Two Large Rivers with Dr. Denise Mayer

In this program, NYS Museum Scientist and Curator of Mollusks Dr. Denise Mayer will discuss the ecology of these large river ecosystems. Attendees will explore some of the aquatic invertebrates that inhabit these waters in samples collected on-site (weather permitting) and from other local sites.
Adults and children 10 years old and up are welcome. Space is limited. Masks are not required but are strongly recommended for visitors and non-staff. Good walking shoes are required. Meet at Peebles Island Visitor Center in Cohoes.
